Chers ami(e)s, collègues photographes, lecteurs de Terre sauvage, professionnels de l'image nature,
Alors que Terre Sauvage nous avait habitués aux clauses pour le moins abusives de son concours photo amateur, et sans doute encouragé par des réactions de mécontentement finalement insuffisantes de notre part, le magazine remet le couvert et organise cette fois une nouvelle mouture de son concours photo, incluant désormais des catégories "Reportages" sous forme de séries d'images allant de 6 à 12 photos, en plus des catégories "classiques" à photo unique.
Non content de "préserver" la liberté d'usage des photos nominées au groupe de presse Bayard, les clauses s'ouvrent plus encore cette année, puisque c'est l'ensemble des partenaires au concours (parmi lesquels l'UICN, le GDT, l'association Natureparif, mais aussi l'ONF ou encore l'éditeur Delachaux et Niestlé !) qui pourra bénéficier gracieusement des droits sur les images et vidéos nominées dans le concours !
Ainsi, pour chaque catégorie, 30 séries seront nominées... Mais seulement 3 primées! Étant donné que les participants s'engagent à céder leurs droits pour toute série nominée, un petit calcul nous donne le nombre de photos accaparées par le concours :
Catégorie reportage : 5 catégories, 30 nominés, seulement 3 primés par catégorie et 27 pigeonnés par catégorie,
soit le modique total de 1200 à 1500 photos pour l'ensemble des reportages !!!Catégories photo individuelles :

Parmi des clauses habituelles et connues du magazine (ce qui lui permettra de "monter" des articles entièrement illustrés sans coût supplémentaire grâce aux séries "Reportages"), Terre Sauvage rajoute cette fois l'utilisation possible des photos pour l'ensemble des usages multimédias connus à ce jour : télévision, web, supports multimédias de tous types, et surtout tablettes graphiques et autres supports numériques modernes (iPad, iPhone, Smartphones...) et ce, pour l'ensemble des partenaires au concours !
Il ne fait aucun doute que l'organisation de ce genre d'événement vise clairement à alimenter à faible coût la photothèque du groupe Bayard Nature, en s'appropriant les images des participants à bon compte, une fois de plus au mépris des photographes et de leur profession.Comble de l'ironie : la participation au concours est payante !
C'est pourquoi nous demandons la suppression pure et simple de ces clauses abusives et inadmissibles, et ce sans négociation possible. Dans l'attente de cette suppression, nous appelons dès à présent au boycott du magazine Terre Sauvage, et à relayer ce boycott sur les réseaux sociaux, blogs et forums consacrés à nos passions communes !

Catégorie A: 10 à 12 photos par sujet soit 300 à 360 photos obtenues !

Catégorie C : 6 à 8 photos par sujet soit 180 à 240 photos obtenues !
Catégorie D : 6 à 8 photos par sujet soit 180 à 240 photos obtenues !
Catégorie E : 8 à 10 photos par sujet soit 240 à 300 photos obtenues !
Catégories F à H : 1 photo par catégorie, 30 nominés, 3 primés, soit 90 photos.
Catéogie I : 1 vidéo de 3 minutes, 30 nominés, 3 primés soit jusqu'à 90 minutes de vidéo gratuites pour le groupe de presse !
Catégories photo classiques : 3 catégories, 30 nominés, seulement 3 primés par catégorie et 27 pigeonnés par catégorie !
